Credits are consumed when you source contacts and enrich data. Sourcing a contact from any trigger source costs 1 credit. Finding an email address costs 5 credits. Enriching a LinkedIn profile costs 2 credits. Contacts uploaded via CSV or already in your CRM with complete data don’t consume enrichment credits.
Automated source searches will pause until your next billing cycle. Manual sources (CSV uploads) remain available. You can also purchase additional credits at $15 per 1,000.
