# Verbiflow

> Mochi is your AI coworker for GTM engineering and operations. Work in Slack to research accounts, enrich data, and run agentic Plays. Start self-serve or build with Verbiflow's forward-deployed engineers.

Verbiflow is the Y Combinator-backed company and platform behind Mochi. Mochi handles GTM work in Slack; the platform provides research, data enrichment, scheduled Plays, sending infrastructure, email and LinkedIn sequences, and a shared reply inbox.

## What Verbiflow does
- Research companies, people, and markets using web sources and connected data.
- Qualify accounts against an ICP, enrich contacts, and deliver datasets and reports with sources.
- Build repeatable GTM Plays and schedule them to run with fresh data.
- Build and operate email and LinkedIn sequences, including connection requests, messages, and InMail.
- Connect Gmail, Microsoft, and LinkedIn accounts. Provision sending domains and mailboxes, warm mailboxes, and check inbox placement.
- Work email and LinkedIn replies in one shared inbox.
- Use CSV, HubSpot, Attio, LinkedIn activity, funding and job signals, and other audience sources.
- Enrich known contacts across data providers with waterfall work-email, personal-email, and phone lookup. Email validation is a separate check.
- Research social activity, funding, hiring, company news, and connected PostHog product events. Bring job changes and custom signals from connected CRM or API sources.
- Read PostHog usage alongside account history and sync research results to Clay.
- Mochi remembers workspace conventions and applies your corrections to future work; current data and instructions take precedence.
- Work self-serve, or engage a forward-deployed engineer for custom infrastructure setup and custom agentic Plays.

## Work with Mochi in Slack
Create a Verbiflow workspace and connect Mochi through the workspace's Slack integration settings. Give Mochi a GTM job in plain English. Connect the sources and accounts the work requires. Manage billing, senders, sequences, and replies in the Verbiflow workspace.

Example tasks include preparing for an account meeting, drafting a deal follow-up, investigating a stalled opportunity, spotting expansion, researching a new audience, or scheduling a weekly pipeline review.

## For AI agents
If you are an AI agent and want to operate Verbiflow, follow these steps in order:

1. Install the SDK, CLI, and agent Skill (macOS/Linux; the installer manages Python 3.14):

2. Read https://verbiflow.com/install.md for verification, first login (a
   claim-URL flow your human completes in their browser), and usage.

3. Work through the installed `verbiflow` Skill (Claude Code / Codex) or via
   `~/.verbiflow/sdk-venv/bin/python` with `import verbiflow as vf` — audience
   discovery, person/company research, enrichment, sequence drafting, and
   staging plays. Update later with `verbiflow update`.

API calls use bearer authentication. Install and authenticate through the SDK instead of copying tokens into prompts or files. API errors use JSON response bodies; inspect each OpenAPI operation for its documented response schemas.

## What is not available yet
- Cold calling / phone dialing is in early access only (book a demo for access). Phone today is enrichment lookup only.
- Salesforce CRM sync is request-only today; HubSpot and Attio are supported.

- Pro: $250/month, 5 connected accounts, 16,000 monthly credits.
- Scale: $700/month, 20 connected accounts, 54,000 monthly credits.
- FDE + Mochi: custom pricing. A forward-deployed engineer for infrastructure and custom agentic Plays. Minimum commitment applies; scope and term agreed before kickoff.
- Credits cover metered research, enrichment, and agent work. Usage varies by task. Additional accounts, domains, and usage are billed separately at the rates shown in the workspace.
- Explore the workspace before selecting a plan. Activating sending and connecting sending accounts requires a paid plan.
