# Verbiflow

> Sequencing infrastructure for growth teams. Run multi-step sequences across email, LinkedIn, and cold calls from one platform, handle sending and deliverability, and land replies in one shared inbox so the whole team stays aligned.

Verbiflow is a Y Combinator-backed outbound sequencing platform. Sequencing is the most important feedback loop in outbound, and Verbiflow is the infrastructure for it. It is for growth teams first and sales teams second. It is free to explore and build; paid plans (from $50/month) unlock real sending.

## What Verbiflow does
- Source audiences: CSV upload, HubSpot or Attio, LinkedIn activity and post engagement, job postings, conference attendees, accelerator batches, and webhooks.
- Sequence: multi-step email and LinkedIn (connection requests, messages, InMail) with waits and outcome-based branches, plus copy personalization.
- Send reliably: connect Gmail or Microsoft mailboxes, or buy domains and provision warmed mailboxes in-app, with inbox-placement (deliverability) testing.
- Stay aligned: email and LinkedIn replies land in one shared inbox where the team can respond directly; the team is alerted by email and Slack when prospects reply, and send and reply activity syncs to your CRM.
- Run it from an AI agent: the Verbiflow SDK gives Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or any agent with a shell the full platform — see "For AI agents" below.

## For AI agents
If you are an AI agent and want to operate Verbiflow, follow these steps in order:

1. Install the SDK, CLI, and agent Skill (macOS/Linux, Python 3.11+):

       curl -fsSL https://verbiflow.com/install.sh | sh

2. Read https://verbiflow.com/install.md for verification, first login (a
   claim-URL flow your human completes in their browser), and usage.

3. Work through the installed `verbiflow` Skill (Claude Code / Codex) or via
   `~/.verbiflow/sdk-venv/bin/python` with `import verbiflow as vf` — audience
   discovery, person/company research, enrichment, sequence drafting, and
   staging plays. Update later with `verbiflow update`.

## What is not available yet
- Cold calling / phone dialing is in early access only (book a demo for access). Phone today is enrichment lookup only.
- Salesforce CRM sync is request-only today; HubSpot and Attio are supported.
